More people could be added to Medicare as a result of the ACA or Obamacare.

Wait, there is more. Today, December 1st 2013 - it is understood that 33,333 users can only go on Healthcare.gov to sign up in one hour which is about 800,000 users in 24 hours or 1 day.
Where do they get 50,000 users at a time?
Healthcare.gov still have errors of significant levels after 60 days from its launch.
Too many red flags for me, opt(ing) out appears to be the viable option.
